How do payments work?

We process payments through Stripe. Clients pay when they book, and funds are deposited to your connected bank account within 2-3 business days.

Can clients book group sessions?

Absolutely! Create group sessions and let multiple clients book. With Pro, each participant can pay their share automatically—no awkward money conversations needed.

Does Booker work with my existing calendar?

Yes! Pro users can sync with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. Your availability stays up-to-date automatically, and new bookings appear in your calendar instantly.

Is there a limit on bookings?

No limits on bookings for any plan. The Free plan limits you to 10 active clients; Pro is unlimited.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You're in control. If you cancel Pro, you'll simply move to the Free plan at the end of your billing period.
